Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order ships.
LEEBAAZ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if a delay occurs.
We want you to love your LEEBAAZ pieces. Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case LEEBAAZ will cover the return shipping.
To begin a return or exchange, contact us via our contact page or on Instagram @leebaaz.clo within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider after the return has been inspected and approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. LEEBAAZ reserves the right to reject refunds that do not meet the above requirements.
